Is it possible to get a run to lutgardis or what is the fastest way to reach it from a new characteR?

one of my guildies has a service. he can do it for a fee. he may be backed up right now with other clients, but he knows what he's doing.

Hmm... I don't think that's the link he meant to put there.

But no, you can't "run" anywhere outside of Prophecies. You have to do the missions. You can get someone to do the missions for you, but that's a much longer process.

There you go - it is runnable, but the run involves the runner doing half a dozen missions for you.
