Rangers, and Monks are good too start with. Rangers are very good for pve and pvp. Monks are good for solo farmming and pvp as well as just about anyone needs monks these days.
Warriors are becomming more popular because of tanking, as well as ele's for terra tanking. My bad, he did say guildwars only, "First off though, which games do you own ?" Last edited by Snorph; Jun 03, 2008 at 10:51 PM // 22:51.. |

Why delete? You've got at least 4 character slots.
As far as what profession, I'd suggest a Ranger or an Ele if you haven't played long. They're not in as much danger of messing up and getting pwned like a Sin or Warrior on the frontline but they're not as depended on as a support character like a Monk or Rit. You can contribute while learning the game at the same time. |

I suggest Necromancer because they are the most versatile. They can Support, Hex, Spike, go MM, and more. Seeing how you only have Prophecies *I'm guessing as you said "Guild Wars" and prophecies was known as just guild wars until Factions*.

I agree with other posters. Dont delete a character. Use another slot. You'll regret deleting a character unless they are nearly brand new. If you dont have a slot free, buy one. They're only $10. Use that for your summer investment. And secondly, dont ask us. Make what sounds interesting to you. They all have their fun aspects. If you ask me, I'll answer monk. Someone else will answer whatever is under their avatar so.. doesnt do much good to ask us.
Have fun! |

I think monks are by FAR the easiest to start off with. Monking in PvE is quite easy, and if you go Mo/E or something for damage skills, you can solo well too.

First off don't delete. You should have some sweet presents coming back after a while away.
