Merchant Bug? - Guild Wars Forums

I just recently started playing Guild Wars again, and I had a rune of minor vigor in my storage. So I took it out and went to the rune merchant and went to sell it, but it says that the merchant doesnt want that item. Could someone explain to me why this is happening.

you can't sell the minor vigors you get from quest rewards
