You mean with a speech-to-text program? It should be possible, although I've not tried - my pronunciation sucks and I can't afford a good program xD. If you meant just to talk with your guildies, then there is teamchat and ventrilo, although that means they have to get it as well.
And the best way to get their drops is to kill them over and over, with as many real people in the party as possible. In a few runs, one of them is bound to get it. Rinse and repeat. I believe that there are also builds that are designed to solo farm the Acolytes, but I've never tried them. Chance of getting the green is the same as in a full-human team, except that if it does drop, it will drop for you, not a random member of the party. |

Team speak is what my guild uses. It works with my alliance as well.

Guild Wars has no built-in voice communication. A lot of people use TeamSpeak and Ventrilo, but that involves every one you play with having the same app. It's usually used by guilds, rather than solo players.

Ventrilo is a LOT more clear than Teamspeak and not sayin Teamspeak was hard to sort out but... Just Ventrilo AND it is a good job you cant randomly chat on a mic in towns/outposts as there is allways 1/2 people that start up arguments or comments just to anoy and i dont wanna lisen to no 15year old acting hard behind a keyboard! xD

Pretty much everyone has ventrilo and teamspeak so yeah, and btw ventrilo is quite superior to teamspeak in terms of voice quality.
