Hit Points and Armor on Monsters
I'd like to know how health and armor level works/scales on monsters depending on their level or profession. I couldn't find anything on the wiki.

Hit points should generally follow the same formula as players: 80 + x(20) = HP, where x = level. Unsure if dervish monsters get the same bonus to health(+25) from armor. Armor can be determined by using the damage formula to test.

I belive it scales the same as hero armor, save that when they exceed lvl 20 their armor also exceeds the maximum lvl for that profession.

Sorry, had to. I don't think there's really a way to calculate - they only take damage from life stealing and skills of that sort, right? |

Bladed Aatxes have approximately 1150 health and have a natural permanent 3 pip health regeneration.
Vengeful Aatxes have an inherent 25% speed boost. |

http://guildwars.wikia.com/wiki/Health
http://guildwars.wikia.com/wiki/Armor (rating) Health is 80+20*level, armor is whatever is listed on the wiki page. Certain monsters, typically level 28+ monsters, do not necessarily follow the formulas.
