Where is my Nightfall game gone?
Hello all, I have just purchased Nightfall from the Official online store. The clent has been installed correctly but when I log in I cannot find the Nightfall game. I also own the original Guild Wars Prophecies and EOTH expansion which I bought months ago. These two games show up in my main menu. I have a feeling that I have created 2 seperate accounts with the same login information. I went to the Official online store to purchase Nightfall rather than accessing and downloading through my logged in clent. I also signed up for a new account rather than log into my old one. Is there any way to seperate / merge my accounts. If not, how can I access Nightfall.

Eye of the North shows up on the main screen?
Have you tried creating a character or gone to Lion's Arch to see if the quest is avaliable (Sunspears in Kryta). I think it's very hard to create two accounts with the same login information as buying the expansion in the online store will attach it to your account. However if you have proof of purchase and the key or what-have-you, you may be able to get something resolved. |

how many character slots do you have now?
if you have 4 you did not link nf to your existing account if you have 6 you linked nf to your existing account |

Make sure you have the code they gave you incase something goes wrong. It should have been sent to your email.

Hello, my main Guild Wars Prophecies and EOTH make up only 2 charcter slots out of a possible 4. Is the Nightfall campaign found within the Prophices map or is it a seperate game? Is there a certain location that I need to go to the activate the Nightfall? A couple of months ago I uninstalled the client which I thought would delete my account too. That is why I created a 'new account' instead of logging onto the old one because i thought my original one had gone. I did not realise that my original account and games were stored on the Guild Wars servers. When I logged on and found my old original games were still there amd the new one had vanished that is when the alarm bells rang.I have emailed the customer services with the problem. The Nightfall game was bought today.

Go to the GW site and send an email to the support team, I know several people in the past who have had success in merging accounts. Please note that by doing this, one of the accounts will have to be reset, so make sure you tell them to add the NF to the two others so you don't lose your progress.

It's not merging accounts. It's killing one and issuing a new key. From my understanding, they'll only do it in cases like this, where a new account was creating by accident. In theory, they could merge your existing accounts, at the cost of all of one accounts characters and progress.

Yes, they will merge them. They merge new accounts when people make a mistake and don't link the new chapter. Just contact support. You can do from your log in screen.

Hello again, thanks for the advice. I have sent a merge request email to customer sevices. I will let you all know what happens. The email I sent is below. It was a genuine mistake and I don't think there will be any problem merging the accounts.

Hello, just a quick update on this topic. I have just heard from customer services and they have agreed to block my new Nightfall account key and issue a refund. Apparently they had a lot of trouble merging my 2 accounts so they closed one. I will purcahse another copy of Nightfall and add it to my master account.
Shane We would like to offer to refund your purchase of Guild Wars: Nightfall. The access key you purchased will be PERMANENTLY disabled, so you will not be able to play with the account you created any longer. However, the game account will still remain, so you could later add a new access key and continue playing. Please let us know if you wish to accept this offer.
