Coming back to GW
Hi,
Newbie here . I played GW when it first came out but then I dropped it in favor of WoW (I know). I am thinking of coming back but with so many expansions I am kind of lost so my two questions are: What is GW natural progression? Would it be GW->Factions->Nightall->EotN->Bonus packs? What would I be missing if I skipped one of these expansions? Thanks for your help |

No, you wouldn't be missing much. The stories are not interconnected.
Lore-wise. Prophecies (you referred to it as GW) and Factions happened at the same time, just in different places. Then Nightfall, then EoTN. The Bonus Packs are things that happened a long, long time ago. But no, you can play them in any order, it won't make any difference. |

If your budget allows, get as many of the additional titles as you can b/c alot of the really good builds have skills from all over the campaign. If not, I would suggest Factions b/c it has good skills and the guild faction system.

I'm thinking if you use search, you'd probably find at least 5 0r 10 threads saying the same exact thing yours said, wow included.
