Just a quick HB monk question...
I have a quick question.
Just wondering how it is to be a HB monk in a Ursan party? Difficult? Do you often /ragequit cause people say that you are "teh sukk"? Or are Ursan partys often kind and such? (Post what you have encountered since every party is different from the others) Asking this because I'm thinking of monking in Ursan partys before it gets nerfed (if it ever will) No flaming for the above please ^ - Murmel - |

Monk is my main. And frankly, I hate pugs. I always get yelled at because I'm/we're not healing fast enough. and the others die...but why is that because they run in....
So I find that heros/hencies are much better than players /end rant It isn't so much hard, it's just more being able to take the riducle and abuse and stick it right back to them My advice, get into a pve guild and farm your title with guildies, much better |

Depends on team and people, cant say if you dont know the person playing. Having a r10 norn doesnt make thema non noob. I find is easy unless you get a real jerk that likes to run off or not stay with the group getting the health from [healing seed].

From experience I would have to say that it's never really that bad, I think most Ursan players are smart enough to realise that 95% of the time if they annoy the Monk, the Monk leaves then they = Fail ^^.
That being said, I was HB'ing earlier when one of the Ursan /ragequit because my rank was only 5 so >.<. |

HB is stupid easy. every skill on your bar does the same thing and ursans rarely need healing so just smash all your number keys every 30 seconds or so and you win.

yeah i agree its easy
although a group of ursans swinging swords with SS on them gets annoying especially if one dies and u get yelled at when its their fault but besides that its very easy |

HBing for Ursan is very easy. You only run into problems when they over aggro (which happens more often than not). But other than that its pretty easy. their armor and + health makes it smooth. Most of the time im chatting with friends on Xfire/GW while Ursan HBing and only half paying attention.

The only thing that can really go wrong in an Ursan group if you're somewhat competent is:
A) Aggro breaking - They have high health and armor...you do not. B) Incompetent Second Monk - Stands there and wands shit? Yea, not a good sign. |

Sure, its probably easy...but there are a few problems with ursan pugs:
1. Ursans think they are tanks and will charge in and die, and afterwards will blame you for not healing them.. 2. If it is possible, H/H is sometimes the best choice because your heroes and henchies can be ordered around and will not have the attitude that some ursans will have. 3. A group of 6 tanking ursans aggroing different groups can lead to a wipe 4. From experience, when one ursan quits during the norn farm.. others will follow. But, then again all I am stating here are my personal opinions on ursans, when you get a guild/alliance group together to do a vanq or farm most times it will be great because you all know and trust each other. |
