Pretty sure it's noon PST. Which is either 15 min, or 1 hour and 15 min.
I get pretty confused with the time zones since i have no daylight savings time.

I thought it was next sunday since the hat guy is there til then (and because I though the fest boardwalk games were done last night but saw them this morning)
