How do u kill SF ele bosses without dying hundred of times - Guild Wars Forums

Hi, after all the vanquish I did, I never found out how to deal with SF ele bosses. They always own my whole party in few seconds. Is there a way to deal against it?

BHA, Migraine, Guilt, Mistrust, Pain Inverter, to name a few.

Diversion is also a great one to use. Glyph of Renewal+Diversion=What boss?

Kyomi got it. You have to use casting slowers (best is Dazing, so Broad Head Arrow) and/or skills that deal damage with the enemy attacking (best is Pain Inverter).

Flag your heroes out also... since we know anet has dumbed hero AI down so incredibly goddamned much they all just sit directly on top of eachother group hugging no matter how badly they're getting slaughtered by AoE.

Pain Inverter ( dumb Hero AI actually helps here) and Breath of great dwarf, extinguish will own any AoE fow, just make sure you flag one healer a bit behind.

Frigid armour if you're expecting it to be used against you. Otherwise, the counters used above also work nicely.

Shock.Flail or Frenzy that is how dealt with them in NF although NM but I would think it can still be doen in HM.

Monk: (helps prevent the damage)

Spell Breaker
Protective Spirit

Mesmer (for interrupt or slow cast)

Power Block
Migrane

Ranger (for interrupt) kinda hard tho

Distracting shot

and any kind of knockdown you can do

This is why I love this game, a LOT of options!

My tips:
- Use heroes/henchies flags, so SF cannot hit ALL your party.
- Try an interruption hero, or interrupt yourself.

Run tripple necro with full minion party and apply PAIN INVERTER! Dead Ele Boss in 1/10 second! (with the exception of Ilsundur)

did it on a spirit rift of a ritu boss and it was insta death
