a few questions
I recently bought the bundle with Prophecies and Eye of the North. How do i go to Eye of the North? and should i be a specific level before i go to it? And where is my hall of monuments and how do i get to it? I am in post by the way. Another question, the game came with a trial key for expansions, if i want to make a paragon, can i make it with the trial key and go to prophecies and keep the paragon when the trial runs out? thank you in advance.

You have to reach Lion's Arch and be level 10 before you can go to Eye of the North.
You will reach the Hall of Monuments not long after entering EotN. You do not keep any characters made from the trial offers. http://guildwars.wikia.com/wiki/What_Lies_Beneath Last edited by tommarrow; Jul 14, 2008 at 03:31 PM // 15:31.. |

If you are level 10 once you reach Lions Arch ( and you should be that or more if you follow the main storyline) then you will receive a pop up screen when you enter the city (LA) telling you who to talk to for the quest to go to EoTN.
You will automatically be "buffed" so that your character will be as strong as a lvl 20 character for the time you are in EoTN as well, so it can be a nice way to level up pretty quickly from lvls 11-20. |

Also, when you get to first outpost of the Eye of the North expansion, you can purchase some cheap max armour as well, making you live longer.

If you check out the Giveaway section in Ventari's Corner forum, you might find weapons to help in the jump from level 10 to level 20 foes.

remember that character progression in Prophesies is slower than the other games.
Way past lions arch is the point where you ascend and gain the last 30 points for skills giving you the full 200 pts. So go to eye and have fun but don't forget to follow the prophesies story and ascend at some point. Some of the better skills are later in the game too. Starting factions characters get the points soon after getting off the start island while with Nightfall its in the start area itself. |

It is definitely worth following the storyline for Prophecies.

And no, once the trial key expires, your paragon will be locked even if it is out of NF by that time. |
