sorry if this has already been posted but....
*is there gonna be a festival hat for this year's event?
*if there is how can i get it?
also how can i get the special event items?

1) No
2) You can't
3) Special items by killing monsters.(Drops; Eggnog, Fruitcake, Snowman summoner and that snowman tonic thingy)

I think the key thing to remember is that this isn't Wintersday 2008, it's Wintersday In July 2008.

All there is is festive monster drops and Snowball Arena.

Polar bear was (and might be again) a chest reward from a wintersday quest. Since we don't have the quest givers this weekend, it won't be dropping
