When I make my predictions I notice that all the people that have qualified are not available to predict.

Am I going crazy or wtf is the deal?

All kidding aside, the Xunlai site always lags behind current qualifiers. Your only option is to cast your prediction as close to the deadline as possible, but even then, they never have all the qualifiers on the list.
