its very easy to avoid kaineng....if someone is RUNNING the character the runner doesnt need to go to there--only to the mission spots and no mission starts there* so it could be missed (most people dont because they want max armor!)
glad that was solved.

*until the palace mission but the OP said he had not gotten that far anyways

All of Mayhem in the Market never touches KC, that takes you to Viznuh and Viznuh to Nahpui.
