Well I have my dervish to 11 and have all three heroes, and I just beat Apocrypha, but I still can't figure out how to get to Kryta and/or Cantha. Could somebody explain this for me? Maybe I'm missing something obvious, but I made it to Kryta in about two hours of playing with my assassin.

Try using this link *bows to wiki* it shows all the quest and missions you need.
In order to get to Cantha or Proph. you will need to follow the quests until you get to consulate docks. The quest "And a Hero Shall Lead Them" will unlock traveling after you finish the quest. If you dont know how to travel just press "M" and there will be a boat looking thing in the water click on it and choose the location you want to go to. oh btw in order to go to the right place after /wiki/ in the link type Mission_overviews_(Nightfall) otherwise it wont work

...and of course, you do need Prophecies and Factions enabled on your account.

you just beated apocrypha, so you need still finish 2 more missions and few more quests and you get into proph & factions, after you've beaten Consulate docks, you get acces to other campaings.
