Sorry, but wands don't have HP bonuses.
However, a pair of 20/20's rule all. Think about it, what's better? a +1 on a spell or getting to cast that spell 2x? |

As far as I know you can't get a +30 hp mod on a wand, only one of 2 wrappings and some inscriptions.
the +30 only appears on focii. |

But, you could do what has become pretty much standard in the pvp community:
Run a Caster Weapon, which is a Sword, Axe or Spear with either: A) + 30 HP and + 5 Energy or B) + 30 HP and 10% Half Skill Recharge or C) 20% Longer Enchantments and + 5 Energy The only thing you'll be missing is the damage you do with your wand. And that shouldn't be a problem for your fire spitting Elementalist OoOo and you look much cooler too ... and yes 2x 20/20 (wand & offhand) is the best that you can get as your primary casting set. Have fun and Good luck |

Take that a step further and carry a shield(attribute doesn't matter) with +10 vs. slashing or fire and HP + 30 with your caster sword, and swap to a dual 20/20 wand/offhand set to cast. The shield will give you +8 armor, or +18 if it matches the damage type, makes you look even more awesome, and gives you that extra health. And then read up on weapon swapping. And then use all your weapon slots.

No you can't. That's what the offhand is for.
