i'm in a bit of a mess. need some help.
so, i used to have prophecies and nightfall on one account and then bought factions. instead of adding the key to my account i created a new account. that's mistake number 1.
upon searching the net, and plaync support, i found i can send a request for the key to be added to my preferred account. all fine and dandy, up until i noticed they require the access keys to all the campaigns. well, the thing is, and this is mistake number 2, 3 and 4, i threw away plastic gamecards with the access keys after using them. so, i have one last hope. is there anyway i can find out the access keys of all the campaigns of my 2 accounts? thanks for any input on this. *fingers crossed* |

Support doesn't want you to recite the key codes to them. They want images of the actual paper slip/plastic card or however the code came in the original box.
They want PROOF that you were the original purchaser of the game.

If you have those, they might help prove your the owner of the account(s). In either case, your best bet would likely to be to create a ticket with support and give as much information as you can, such as your full name, the e-mail addresses' used for all accounts, your situation with the receipt's and/or code cards/paper's, etc. They are the only ones who will really be able to tell you if they can help you or not.

try a support ticket with Anet, it won't hurt to try, but based on what you have said so far, I'm afraid you won't have much success.

i sent them a ticket, and now i'm hoping for the best. worst case scenario: i'm buying factions again. there's a local games magazine that's offering it for roughly $10 so it's a bargain.
