Forgot (master) account name & password
Hey all!
I'm having some problems.. I bought Nightfall like one year ago and I want to play it again. (well.. I want to play with a paragon in Prophecies, so I have to merge them, but I cant do that with my account.) So I dont remember my Master account + Password or GuildWars Account + Password. My previous email has been hacked and I might have registered the game with that Email. What Can I Do? (I already asked help at the helpdesk of Guild Wars (PlayNC?) but that takes just too much time =,= im not very patient) Wit~ |

you can't merge them togather once the key is used to create a new account so getting another prophs key is all you can do |

Other than contacting the HelpDesk, there isn't much you can do. There's certainly nothing we can do for you.
If you want any success with the Help Desk, be sure to have your original keys handy. If you don't have them either, you're SOL. |

well I have ALL the original stuff in the box.. so yeah.. they wont believe that if I'd just say that XD Im going to spam them with help requests if they dont answer me soon >:[ |

You have contacted the Support at PlayNC and can only wait. If you have sufficient proofs of ownership, they will help you. Remember this is a holiday weekend in the US and I'm sure that only a skeleton staff is working in Support.
If you have created a second account with another campaign, they will merge them into the one account, but all progress in that campaign (your choice of which) will be lost.

ooh I didnt know this was a holiday weekend in the US.. so thats why it took so long xD
It's like this: I and my friends are going to play this guild, and I chose to be paragon.. We all start in prophecies, though I need my nightfall for the paragon. So if I buy eyes of the night, and then create a paragon there, can I go with that paragon to prophecies? Or do I need Nightfall for that? &You are saying that if I merge the 3 other versions (NOT Nightfall), they can merge my nightfall into my other versions? and then Ill be able to choose between accounts? |

To play a paragon in Prophecies, you'll need an account with both proph and Nightfall. Paragons are only available in NF, so you'll have to start the character in NF, then take the boat to Lions Arch, then meet your friends in Ascalon after they get done with pre-searing (if they are one of the core classes). You cannot start a paragon in prophecies (or Factions, for that matter), as they weren't available until NF.
You can't create any character in Eye of the North; as it is an expansion (and not a full campaign) you can only take existing characters there from any of the 3 campaigns. As long as you have all the original stuff in the box for prophecies, ANet support will be able to help you retrieve your information. It probably won't be quick, even when they're in the office, but they're the only ones that can help |

Yes, WitS, this is the fabulous end-of-summer/back-to-school three-day weekend.
