kurzick hfff hero flags disappearing randomly? - Guild Wars Forums

I notice sometimes when I do hfff that sometimes randomly I will see a flag plant down and move on to the next one only to see it disappear and having to reflag the hero back there. Has anyone else noticed this or had this problem by any chance?

It's weird because it just seems to happen randomly, yet I do the same things every time. Almost makes me feel like a.net is trying to mess with me to see if I am a bot by making a flag disappear since a bot wouldn't re-flag it.

its when the heroes get stuck, they are re spawned back to you

No, I know that if you flag it to a spot where they are unable to reach. Or if they get stuck they teleport back.

But my problem is at the beginning when I am flagging the locations I will see my hero start running like normal as I place the flag, Then as I finish flagging the rest one flag will disappear from the u map. It is almost like it lagged/ went back in time and took off the flag even though I see the icon get flagged down when I do it.

Then sometimes one will randomly disappear as if I never flagged it at all. Thus resulting in the hero standing by me until I re-flag the one that I already know I did.

Maybe you pressed wrong button, pressed right mouse button instead of left one? As for the other "events" i could be that you're eyes and brain are tired, or even that because of the regularity you think you already did it but never did (it's like when leaving the shower and thinking did I use soap or not? or did i wash my back or not?)

I do know that I am not delusional, but I guess it could best be described as a lag. Since once I flag one I quickly hotkey the next and flag the next from being so used to it. So I usually notice right after I flag the first, and go to flag the second that by the third flag I will notice "hey a flag is missing".

I guess I either have to try to slow down or hope my connection gets better. Just was curious if it happened to anyone else, but I suppose not.
