On the wiki, it says "It is possible to transfer the weapons from one PvP character to another by putting the weapons on your heroes," referring to the reward weapons from Tolkano.

However, this doesn't make sense to me, as wouldn't the weapons be customized and therefore only usable by the character that originally made them and heroes.

Similarly, it says "note:armor stays only as a PvP unlock." I took this to mean that once you unlock a style of armor, it is unlocked for all your PvP characters as another option in the window where you make your items. Assuming this is true, Do you have to unlock the armor style for every class or does unlocking a new armor style once unlocks it for all classes?

Its a small glitch(or feature) in the PvP heroes. They all share the same inventory, so whatever you equip on one PvP char's heroes, it'll show up on the others. The reverse applies also, that whatever you remove from one PvP char's heroes equips, you remove them from all. Thus the PvP weapons can transferred.

As for the armors, they don't work that way. The char that "unlocks" them is able to use and reuse that skin until he deletes it or purchases a new one. If that char wants to use that skin again after the armor has been deleted, it'll have to "unlock: it again. No skins are actually unlocked, though a tally is kept so that after so many purchases you can "unlock" the armors on the next tier.
