What criteria do you have to meet to access the Factions PvE only skills? I am in a Kurzick guild, and am R5 friend of the kurzicks. I have the 3000 faction I need, but the toon I'm trying to get a skill on is only level 5.

Unfortunately, that was the answer I feared

I guess my new Imbagon has a little bit of leveling to do, lol.

Requirements:

Atleast lvl 1 kurzick/luxon
Level 20 PVE Character
3000 faction

The level 20 was added to stop people making lvl 1 characters and getting the pve skill from gh in order to get double faction towards title without donating.

If u gonna build an Imbagon, he will be useless at lvl 5 anywayz... No matter if he has all the PvE skills in the game.

Getting to lvl20 in factions in done in like... 3h or less. Just complete quests and you'll be there real quick! ^^

Rush to kaineng center, do all the quests there, and tadaaaa :3 lvl 20 ;o.

yep lvl 20 is a req but it shouldnt be hard to get to lvl 20 in faction.
