I have seen a few people walking around with this kind of hulking armor/outfit.
Where do you get this kind of thing?
I have Guild Wars: Prophicies and Eye of the North.

It's a tonic that transforms you into a golem. It's called a Sinister Automatonic, you receive 10 of them for completing all the M.O.X. quests that require all 3 games. You can probably find somebody to buy a few off of.

Zaishen chest GOLEM tonic has a green-ish chest, Sinister Automatonics have a red chest (same as the picture) and are given for completing Zinn's Task.

Well OP your question has been answered lol. Try farming balthazar points and opening a z chest...you can trade the new tonic for an automatonic if you want...
