Contacting Anet
Alright so i checked the support section of their website...which leads me to the NC website...which gives me the run around for 10 minutes trying to find out how the hell to send them a support email, and then I am still left empty handed...
I tried [email protected], but the email says it failed trying to send to that recipient... I tried searching Guru, but it is going so slow right now it continues to time out during searches. Does anyone know the contact / support email I can send my issue to? |

Also bear in mind that Anet support put effort they can into not helping you.
IF you manage to get a reply within 3 days, it will most likely "we're too busy' automated email, on which you'll have to reply again a few times. And when U finally get hold of an actual person, chances are high he has no clue how to help you. (I remember the one time where I had a question about a glitch in-game, and he had NO clue what I was talking about) Tbh, you're better off simply posting it here on Guru. (If it's a simple Q/A) |
