I was looking to buy an Elite Luxon armor for my necro and I was wondering either or not I'd need to have the luxon title for the npc to be able to craft me something. Upon reading I found this:

Mikolas crafts Luxon 15k armor sets. He will not offer his services if your Luxon Faction is zero or is less than your Kurzick Faction, regardless whether Leviathan Pits is under Luxon or Kurzick control at the moment you talk to him.

To be clear, I need to have more Luxon factions in the title, or unspent? Cause I almost have the r5 Kurzick title and I'd have to grind the ~800k luxon factions simply to be able to craft an armor, losing any Kurick factions I'd make in the meantime

The traders look at your unspent Faction, rather than total Faction earned.
