To do Slavers' Exile on a character, do I need to have beaten EotN on any character on my account or that particular character? Thanks!

It has to be the character that beat it. I found this out the hard way after running all the way there. Say you have a warrior that beat EoTN, but your ele goes there. It will be blocked unless you use your Warrior.
