Possible missing access key code characters - Guild Wars Forums

I currently have Guild Wars Nightfall and Prophecies loaded on my computer. I just purchased a sealed Factions and installed it on my computer. The access key only had 15 characters and the installation required 25 characters. Is part of the access key code missing?
