Got the complete collection including EotN expac. Is this L20 content and how do you get to it?

Depending on which campaign you're coming from you can do one of the following access quests: http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Guild...e_North#Access

IIRC you don't need to be level 20 to get there.

I believe it's level 10 or 12 to go there.

Level 10. And you get a special buff that makes you as good, or sometimes better, than a level 20 character.

Get to level 10 and have your character in Lion's Arch, Kamadan or Kaineng Centre. You'll get a big banner on your screen telling you exactly who to speak to in order to unlock access to Eye of the North. You'll be buffed up like a lvl 20 character, but heroes from NF won't be, so you gotta level them up or use the heroes from eotn...
