Can i still have moebius strike if I am a luxon?

Yes, but you need to finish the quest Befriending the Kurzicks and do the Eternal Grove mission. That doesn't mean you aren't still a Luxon, you just have to do those 2 things to reach the boss with Moebius.

yeah it is but you just have to bear with it and do the kurzick story line or get 3k balthy faction and then buy it frm a priest of balthazar and then buy an elite sin tome and get it that way

Or you can cross over into Kurzick lands when the border line is far into the Kurzick lands. So most towns on the Kurzick side become Luxon. Then you can cross over.
It is quite hard and youll need to be fast, if the line moves back over Unwaking Water (Kurzicks) befor you get there you cant enter the town.

What?!? You can enter any town whenever you want no matter what side luxon or kurz own it. The only thing that happens is say you go into hzh and have 0 kurz faction and 5000 luxon. Except for storage(might be more but i dont think so) they just won't serve you. You can still go into the town and go outside into the explorable areas no matter who owns it. The merchant just might not talk to you.
