Does anyone know if there is a textmod program for telling levels of drunkness?
If not please someone make one :P |

It's TexMod.
And that is impossible. TexMod can't create or add content, images, or models. All it does is change the texture of models. Here is a simplified example: Think of a red apple. TexMod could change it to a green apple, but it can't change it to a banana or make another apple appear. |

sorry, i have never used texmod, so dont really know the ins and outs.
but i do know it changes textures etc. would it not be possible to change the state of the drunken wavey screen into a normal screen? and just add some numbers in somewhere for each stage, so you can tell what minute your in? |

Hmmm... but couldn't they make it so that when you are drunk enough to get points your character is maybe red? That would just be changing it. Also that example made me got and try to change an apple green, then into a banana, since I failed I settled to changing it into an orange ^^ |

and not to mention, the wavy effects are shader effects, and not textures.

I think your able to make it tough. you can select the drunk levels in Texmod and edit so theres a 1,2,3,4 or 5 on your screen. but that would require you to always drink the same thing(or atleast booze wich gives the same kind of blurr)

Doesn't GW have a scripting language that allows the user community to create add-on mods? So, for example, you could keep statistics and logs of said-same? <DUCKS> WOULDN'T COMBAT LOGS BE NICE. |

This is the right answer. The drunk effects cannot be modified by texmod, and since it can't create new effects, there's no way to add any type of drunk counter. Until anet makes drunkenness an effect similar to sugar rush, you'll have to stick with watching the title bar go up to keep track of your time.
