Hey guys i was just wundering if any 1 has the problem off bad server connection my guild wars has a orange light and a red light near the fps it has been like this for a few days now and has any 1 else had the problem

yeah iv'e been having this problem too, and constantly being disconnected from the servers. i tryed re- installing the game, because i had the same problem before and tryed this and it seemed to work for some reason. I kept getting code = 58 and code= 007 yesterday though when i tryed to zone. i had a word with my dad and he said my hardrive is currupt, so ive had to re load the whole system on my pc lol. But in your case it just sounds like your connection is bad. try making sure there isn't anything else running on your pc that could be disturbing the game.

my connection is good its only started happening the last 3-4 days and im gettin a very very bad connection i cant even do any quest because i have that much lag .. im not running anything in the background of my pc either so i dont really know what the problem was .. i thought it may be a problem with areanet..

Yeah, over the past 2 - 3 days my connection has been very bad, but all my online games are slow. Offline games function normal though. ->Netherlands.

Arduinna, I live in the Netherlands too and I'm getting (like the others) very often the 007 error code.

Guess I'm lucky. Only had one 007 in 2 weeks of play. Sure I get some lag issues now and then, but nothing to be mad about.

Where in Holland do you live? And is everything slow or just Guild Wars?

I live in Friesland. Only Guild Wars is sometimes slow. Today I only once got the 007 error. 2 Weeks ago it was horrible.

I was having a similar problem, I searched the forums here for lag and found this article lag. flushed DNS and ran the defrag and all was good...

@ Dejong12, is your overall internet connection bad (e.g. loading times of websites, other online games?)? My connection is bad for like 2-3 days now, I have reset te modem/router but it didn't work. I think there's some kind of distortion, however I think that only affects the Netherlands.

And just now, with al the lag making playing impossiblem, I have my holiday. I wanted to max some titles, but at this rate I won't be maxing any...

I haven't been getting any disconnects but my connectivity status goes from green to orange constantly. I get occasional lag spikes on top of that. The rest of my guild seems to be having a worst case of my problem.

My internet connection is only worse at Guild Wars and Guild Wars Guru in the evening (GMT+1) :P. Other games are good and websites loads very fast.
