Guild questions - Guild Wars Forums

This may seem like a daft question but I recently set up a guild and spent about 50plat on it only it wasn't too successful and i really want to sell it off now but I wasn't sure if i could do that like without any rules being broken. I'd sell it at a loss but at least id recuperate some losses.

You are free to sell your guild, if you want to. You would not be breaking any of ArenaNet's rules. When you find someone to buy it send that person a invite to your guild. When they accept promote them to guild leader and you are done, just leave the guild, if you want to.
On the down side get ready to be flooded with invites to guilds. Sorry to hear that it did not work out, this time.

On the other hand, nearly noone buys guilds. You can sell it but money for time, you are better off promoting someone and leaving, or just disbanding it.

Unlikely you will get more then 5k for it, and even more unlikely that youll do it in less then several hrs.
