Quick Question
Just wondering, when somebody says that they are selling a caster modded weapon, what exactly are the mods?
Thanks, Mc Blarg |

since wands cant have enchanting or health mods people use axes/spears/swords to use as caster weapons which are typically +5energy and +20%enchanting or +30hp
for example on my casters i use a crippling spear of fortitude with a 1/2 spell recharge 10% inscription. |

They will probably be +5e +30hp or +5e +20%ench duration 'casterswords'. The +5e+30hp is quite ok to run on eles(steam of bflash from shield set is win) but on anything else I would run -5^15(brawn over brains) for anti energy denial. +5e +20% is just bad because 20/20+20% > that + some random offhand.

But isn't a +5e +20% AND a +12e 20/20 offhand better than a staff? I think you get a bit more energy using that combo.
20/20 +20% is an Staff of Enchanting with either an Adept Staff Head or an Aptitude not Attitude inscription. You can add 5 en to that... so it's 15 energy vs the 17 from the weapon+offhand combo. And carrying a huge weapon just looks cooler than a staff. |

Guys and girls... stop with all the "probably" and "maybe".... regardless of what YOU put on YOUR casters.... his question is what the term "caster modded weapon" means in the context of buying and selling:
+5 energy +20% longer enchants |
