When does the AB map switch?
I always thought it was at midnight, then every 3 hours (3 AM, 6 AM, 9 AM, etc) but it just switched on me at 7 PM, which doesn't fit with the above.
So I'm curious. |

I really don't think it follows the set time. It switches on me differently almost everyday.

i always though maps switch based on the wins from the different factions, meh dont do AB too much, too long a wait time.

The maps in AB switch according to what faction has the longest winning streak. The further a invading faction is in the others territory the higher the % of losing that round.
As the Wiki states "There are 5 different maps. The map where the fight is depends on the red/blue border line of the faction war. Maps that are deep into Luxon or Kurzick territory are heavily weighted in their favor.". It's step up that way to keep one faction from totally controling the whole Factions map for too long and it's why the deeper you go into enemy territory the greater your underdog bonus is. |

i thought it changed whenever a alliance bought a new city... such as cavalon and all that. when one side gets more factions and buys out a town with it.
