Question about caster weapons
Hey i wanted to ask about caster weapons, lets use the Green Menzes Influence as an example.
Menzes' Influence * Dark damage: 11-22 (req. 9 Soul Reaping) * Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 10%) * Halves casting time of spells (Chance: 10%) For the HSR and HCT mods does it affect ALL spells? just necromancer spells or soul reaping spells? I use to think it affect all spells but then my friend told me it only affects the primary attribute of the weapon. May you tell me which one it is? Thank you. |

It affects all spells. There are inscriptions that affect only the items attribute, but in the case you mentions the 10% affects all spells

All spells, of any profession or attribute.
There are two kinds of HSR/HCT mods. One kind is linked to the attribute of the weapon and gives a maximum 20% chance to HSR/HCT skills of that attribute *only*. The other kind is not linked to the attribute and has a maximum 10% chance to HSR/HCT any spell. |

And some greens and collector staves have a 20% HSR such as
The Stonereaper Energy +10 Dark damage: 11-22 (requires 9 Curses) Halves casting time of Curses spells (Chance: 20%) Halves skill recharge of spells (20% chance) Curses +1 (20% chance while using skills) Energy +5 Lotus Staff Energy +10 <Type> Damage 11-22 (Requires <Requirement> 9) Halves casting time of <Attribute> spells (20% chance) Halves recharge time of spells (20% chance)
