Travelling question
Just wondering if i've got it right:
You can travel with a Prophecies character to Factions (and\or?) Nightfall, but you cannot travel back with a Nightfall or Factions character to Prophecies? I'm wondering because in Prophecies, i have the skill trainers uncovered and it would be nice to get those skills to my NF character. |

You can go to Prophecies with a Factions or Nightfall character, though I'm not sure what you're asking. You can learn a skill in Prophcies but unless you travel back in your Nightfall character to learn it on that account, it won't have that skill (unless you get a tome of your profession for the Nightfall character)... your heros and PvP characters willl learn it though.

I'm sure you can. I know you can go from NF to Factions, and I'm pretty positive you can go to Proph. I forget how, but I've done it before so it's possible...

You can travel from any continent to any continent as long as you make it to the quest line required. Basically Lions Arch, Kaineng Center, and Kamadan are the port towns. Once there pick up the necessary quest per wiki and you can go to the other continent. You do not have to be level 10 unless you are going to EoTN, once again the quest to get to EoTN can be found in these port cities.
Once a skill is unlocked on your account (any character) you have access to it. This will require a skill tome. You can make an assassin in Factions and use a tome to allow use of a NF skill, this works even if you are a level 1, same goes for Elite skill tomes. As long as someone on the account has unlocked the skill then any character can use it provided they use a tome. |

Hey that's exactly what i need to know ^_^ I did look for someone in Kamadan haven that could give a travel quest, but i must've overlooked them.
I haven't found a skill tome yet - i guess they are hard to find. I've read about them on wiki. Shame you can't buy them anywhere. Thanks for the quick help!! |

This site has ever quest you will need to travel from continent to continent.
http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Campaign_Travel Here is everything you need to know about tomes. http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Tome You haven't seen one yet because your not in HM yet. Once you start playing in HM you will see them drop. You can also buy them in the port towns, Kamadan is the best to find what you need. Regular skill tomes go from 200g to 1k depending on the current demand. The average price is 500g for most, assassin and mesmer tomes are the cheapest around 300g, monk and ele tomes are the most typically 800g to 1k. Elite tomes are more expensive and range from 4k to 12k once again depending on demand. |
