Leaving a non-active Guild - Guild Wars Forums

Need help for a new player. He has created a guild by creating a cape. But when he brings up Guild panel it says he is not a member of an active guild.

Yet he cannot join another guild.

Does anyone know the steps to take so he can join another guild?

if he indeed has a cape and guild tag, hes in a guild, and needs to leave. sometimes there is lag with the guild window. tell him to re-log, and check if the guild window will update.

yeah, the guild panel is just glitched. happens even if ur in a huge guild sometimes.

relog and it should be ok, may take a few minutes between logg-ins to be safe too...

May not work by just relogging,could be the bug I've had and many others.
If it is it will correct itself by next update.
