Resetting my password - Guild Wars Forums

Hi guys,
after attempting to return to guild wars after a LONG break i have forgotten my password,normally i wouldnt see this as a problem ,however i cant seem to reset it :S
after clicking reset a link is supposed to pop up, but all i get is a link to PLAYNC which is of no use ,any ideas ?

PlayNC is the parent company of ArenaNet, the makers of GW. If you are trying to reset your password and are receiving a link to PlayNC, it means you have a PlayNC Master Account tied to your Guild Wars account. This was required if you shopped at the in-game store for any reason. You can only reset your password via the PlayNC web site - you'll have to log on to your PlayNC account and go from there.

Go the the PlayNC site > Account > Manage My Account. Your login ID should be a 5-12 character name, and your password should be 5+ characters starting with a letter and containing at least 1 number. If you don't remember your password, you can do password retrieval, assuming that your PlayNC account is tied to your e-mail address. If you don't remember the account name itself, you'll have to contact support.

If you are planning on responding with "But I don't have a PlayNC account!", I will warn you now - There is no other reason your account should be getting redirected to the PlayNC site for a password retrieval. If for some reason you really don't have an account, contact the PlayNC support guys.
