Character transfer - Guild Wars Forums

I've played guild wars when I was getting bored of World of Warcraft and since the 2nd expansion for WoW I feel its ridiculous to continue playing it so I wanted to get into guild wars more.

I want to know that, I have 2 toons in prophecies campaign, if I buy any of the expansions for GW that I can transfer my character to the expansion campaign and back to the prophecies campaign whenever I want to.

Yes you can. Just have to do the quests to get to the other continents.

Factions

Nightfall

EoTN

Once you have completed these quest with the character you can travel between campaigns whenever you want.

If you will buy any campaign and ADD that campaign to your existing campaign (Prophecies), then the answer is YES.

They really all combine to form one big game. Just make sure you add it to your account and not make a new one.

When you've done those, when you press M for map, there now will be a boat on your map. If you click that you can travel to either of those continents. And the other way around, in those continents (with different maps) there again is the boat which you can click on to travel.
