Decisive Victory - Guild Wars Forums

Is it still possible to get a Decisive Victory coz i just spent an hour + against magni running from him and i didnt get 1 at all

I don't think there is a timer so there won't be a decisive victory. Even if there was, unless someone had more death penalty than the other, it would result in a tie. If you really have trouble beating him, read this:
