NC Soft, Adding Accounts
How can i add a guildwars account onto my master account...i cant figure it out....

1. When you log in the game, you will see near the Log Out button an Edit Account button. Press it.
2. Check the Manage Access Key check box and press Next. 3. Press Add Key and fill out the serial code that you were given and press Next. * I'm not sure what do next as I don't have a serial code right now and I didn't go through the process in a long time so I don't remember what you should do next. go to the ingame store
pick an item like you are going to purchase it it will prompt you to log into your master account, do so you account is linked back out of purchase |

Then it must be linked to a master account already. I just tried again and im not getting the prompt to log in now that my account is linked.

It's definitely worth contacting support. One of my guild members had a problem connecting to his PlayNC account. He contacted support, discovered he'd already had an account, but it was linked to an old email. They set him straight.
In general, I've had zero complaints about support. The experiences of myself and my guild have generally been excellent. |

yah i already contacted earlier...this is an alt acc...i dont need it that bad so im not gonna bother an already busy support team. Thanks for all the help though
PS: Support is fantastic. They solved it very quickly and were very nice/helpful. I am very glad to have such great people working there |
