Quickest way to get Primeval Armor? - Guild Wars Forums

I've got a level 20 character that has completed all of the main story-missions in Prophecies and I would like to acquire Primeval Armor. I need to complete the final mission in Nightfall to do this, unfortunately this character has not even begun the Nightfall story-arc.

Is there a way to skip some of the missions? Can I pay a runner to get me close to the last missions? If so, what can I skip?

If your toon isnt of nf origin, then you get to skip the beginner island!! yay!!

Aside from paying someone for running the missions, you can't do much more than play your way through NF. However, just as there is the Kurzick/Luxon storyline split in Factions, there is a Master of Whispers/Margrid the Sly storyline split in NF, that will cut down the total number of missions you have to do as well.

Get crackin', it's the only way you're going to get it done!

yeah, almost all running was cut from everything added after prophecies so you gotta actually play the game to beat the game. However speaking from experience taking a foreign character through NF really isn't too bad. I actually did nearly exactly what you want to do, took a character from factions through NF to get Primeval armor. I beat it in under 2 weeks of only 1-2 hours a day; it's not too bad if you only do the primary quests.

That's not true, non Nightfall characters still have to do like 4 quests on the noob island to get the first few heroes

There's a reason I only have two level 20 NF-born chars >.<

That said, for a foreign character, it should be a pretty quick experience. The primary quests are mostly of the "Go to the next mission outpost" type, and you don't really get sent to useless, out of the way places. Can be done easily in a couple of days.
