Been away awhile, do I need Eye Of The North for Zaishen Quest? - Guild Wars Forums

I just started playing after a 6-7 month layoff. I got Rotscale ( and the green item bow) for one of the quests, but do I need to have the Eye Of The North Expansion to get Fenrir in the Norrhart Domains?

Yes, you need eye of the north to kill a creature in the eye of the north areas,

Yep thats what their doing, they're specifically targeting you and picking things you don;t have in an attempt to make you buy more. Who do they think they are, some sort of business?

I knew someone was out to get me...and here I thought it was the US Shadow Government and it turns out to be NCSoft. Who woulda thunk it!

the answer to your original question is yes and no. for example: todays z mission was G.O.L.E.M.--which is in eotn, and yesterdays z mission was riverside--prophacies.

It might be better in the long run to get EoTN quickly if you plan on doing most or all of the Zaishen Challenge Quests, since the missions and bounties can be in all campaigns and the expansion.
