What does it stand for? I've asked around in game without getting an actual response.

iirc it's Mount Qinkai Speed Clear. Basically vanquishing it as fast as you can in organised groups in order to get a ton of faction.

EDIT - Ahh Marty beat me to it, to add some, if you have a good group you finish in around 7-9 minutes and get 10k+ factions
