free pane
for the past month, i've tried to get this free pane every day at different hours, but everyday i get the following message.
NCsoft.com is experiencing unusually high traffic. Due to site performance issues we ask that players please try redeeming their storage later in the week. Players have until May 31 to redeem, so there's plenty of time! We apologize for any inconvenience. is this normal? |

This seems a bit odd. I had the problem early on but about a week ago I added the pane to 2 accounts with no issues. If the problem continues you might want to contact support ( before May 1! ) Good luck |

No this isn't normal. After the first 3-4 days for me the site was running perfectly.

I'd contact support now if I were you. This problem was gone for most everyone after the first 3-4 days
