omg wtf!
I was betrayed by GW very severely this morning..
As a relatively newcomer to GW, I am very disappointed. I've been buying extra storage for my account paying 6 quid per extra panel, which made me happy. There were no problems, no delays, I was so happy. Yesterday I bought another panel and the transaction was completed. But then, this morning open GW only to find out that my account has been permanently banned for being a 'payment fraud'????????!!!!!!!!! I had to check my bank account statement, which seemed fine except for my yesterday's storage purchase..showing that i didn't buy one. But I did receive payment receipt and it was fine until last night. Then I get my account banned for some stupid problem with the transaction that I have no control over! Im sure my bank account is fine since I buy books and do other things with it with no problem. So Im just forced to think that my account was banned for Anet's own incompetence and I end up being a 'fraud'. How nice. Does permanent ban mean my account has been erased? Does anyone have or has anyone had a similar experience before?? |
