Are access keys region locked? - Guild Wars Forums

I connect from America, can I add or register an account with an access key bought online from an European distributor?

Basically my address will be on the US but the access key was purchased in Europe. Will that be a problem? Has anyone done that?

Sorry if it's been asked before, I couldn't find an answer here or on the KB.
