Or if you go H/H with Discord and call, then you can use CoP for an extra spike (or two, if you A-echo) to help soften the mob, as well as interrupt some vital skills. Discord will take care of the rest, and AP should recharge it. If things are going a little slow, you can get it off twice before AP expires or you eliminate the target.
