is 7-20 dmg axe kind rare? - Guild Wars Forums

I just got a gold spiked axe with dmg 7-20. I know the max dmg for axe should be 6-28, but in pre-searing 7-19 axe does drop but its uber rare. So im curious that in post is 7-XX dmg axe also rare?
