How long does it take for something as simple as getting a CD-Key applied to account to get done? I tried on Saturday to buy the Nightfall Unlock Pack, pay with Paypal... but I only lost 9 EUR, no cd-key added to account, and after "sending the ticket to account support" I got no response. My account history and the store both "think" that I have bought the pack, but there's not cd-key added...
How long will I have to wait? Any of you had this kind of problem before? |

I've had to wait several weeks for NCSoft reports to get through. I'd assume they're just being poopheads D:

I can assure you there not poopheads over 4 yrs I have always had a support question replied to very quickly (always within 24 hrs) its about time u give those guys a break
I have always had an excellent service Back to the OP srry bt that. In your master account You said it thinks???/ does it say purchased or not? You will also have an Email sent t you conirming payment and the key /serial have you checkedyour Email?? When you have paid it it automatically adds it have you had a look on your char to see if the skill pack is live? If it does confirm it in your master account ,then you will get a reply proberly within 24hrs of submitting...The only time it will take longer is that it may get escalated to another Dept...to confirm that it has been paid ect That means a short delay only Last edited by Highlander Of Alba; Jun 24, 2009 at 01:10 AM // 01:10.. |
