Sorry but it's been a while since I've played, but where can you cap Hundred Blades nowadays?

It's a core skill so it can be found in any of the 3 campaigns+ the expansion.

Only if you don't like your sanity, that's easily the hardest place to cap it from.

Warrior'sConstuct in Sunjiang District explorable is probaby the easiest place to cap this skill.

I agree, thats where I capped it. Just go out of Sin Ju Corridor and past the monk's construct to cap it.

I don't have factions or nightfall, just Prophecies and EoTN. I know Undead Rurik has it in Hell's Precipice, but is there anywhere in EoTN where I can cap HB easier than running Hell's Precipice?

If you really don't want to wait that long, you can unlock the skill (either on another character or with Balthazar Faction) and use a tome to learn it. It'll cost 5k or so, but you can learn it from any outpost.
